Afterschool Program Membership Pricing 2024-25

1 Day a week = $240/month

2 Days a week = $400/month

3 Days a week = $600/month

Pick up schedule:

Monday: Isabella B., Swigert, Odyssey, & Bill Roberts 

Tuesday: Isabella B., Swigert, & Bill Roberts 

Wednesday: Isabella B., Swigert, & Bill Roberts 

Thursday: Isabella B., Park Hill Elementary, Odyssey, & Bill Roberts

Friday: Isabella B., Park Hill Elementary, Bill Roberts (on early release Fridays- 2nd, 3rd & 4th)/Odyssey Early Release on the 1st of the month only.

Early Release Fridays Maker studio (Bill ROberts ONLY for 3 Fridays per month): $180/month (Short program: 1:30-4:00PM) or $285 (Long program: 1:30-5:30PM) *Both rates Include Transportation.

Early Release Fridays Maker studio (Odysssey ONLY for First Friday per month): $60/month (Short program: 1:30-4:00PM) or $95 (Long program: 1:30-5:30PM) Both rates Include Transportation.**

Months will be prorated for the number of days of the membership per month using DPS schedule for non-school days and holidays.

drop in = $75/day - aNY dAY OF THE WEEK 3:00-5:30pm

NEW this year: ‘FLASH’ drop in = $30/day - For 1 hour block, aNY dAY OF THE WEEK in between 3:00-5:30pm

*Memberships for each month will be collected on the 15th of the previous month.

*Membership cancellation requires a 2 weeks’ notice.

*No additional Bus Transportation fees for picking up at the following schools when you sign up for a monthly Afterschool Program (we pick up from the following schools: Bill Roberts, Swigert International School & Isabella Bird).

*Change Fee $5 for each instance you need to change your scheduled day(s) unless a doctor’s note, an official COVID test, an official school note, or a hospital note is provided.

*A No Show without a call at least 2 hours before pick up time will result in a lost day with no opportunity for Make up nor any refunds. No refunds for missed/ no show Drop-ins. A change fee of $5 will apply to reschedule and a credit will remain in your account until used.

*Late pick up fees will apply as per our policy (policy available to review when you register in our iClass portal).

*A 10% sibling discount available for our memberships only. Most expensive membership/program pays in full and sibling(s) pay 10% less than their enrolled membership/program.

*Each monthly membership includes one make up day for sickness or vacation. Make up days will expire within 1 month of missed day.

*Inquire about a 25% discount for Bill Roberts Families only from Monday-Thursday (3:50PM release). Email admin@mindcraftmakerspace.com). Sibling discount will still be applied in this case.

*Pickup service is also available for any other activities at Stanley Marketplace that start no later 4PM (ex. gymnastics and music). Please inquire about our Bus Punch Pass ($5 per instance) and about Gap Time ($5 for every 30 additional minutes after 4PM) if your child has an activity that starts after 4PM, by contacting admin@mindcraftmakerspace.com. We will walk your child/children to their next activity at Stanley.
